Claim

I commenced an official claim against eliteauto to enforce them to give me a competent answer explaining the cause of a fuel driven heater failure. eliteauto took the fuel for expertise but the service CEO turned out to be totally incompetent and instead of taking 1 liter, they took 0.5l, which is not enough to figure out the quality of the fuel. 
It looks like they simply trying to overcome me with bureaucracy slowing down the investigation process.
