A fuel-driven heater issue

Today(07/12/2010) I visited the http://www.eliteauto.by/  to resolved fuel-driven heater issue.
This is described  in the latest post http://volvoinbelarus.blogspot.com/2010/12/webasto-doesnt-work.htm
Now They fixed the problem very quickly in about 10 minutes and didn't take any money.

I don't understand why they took money the first time but didn't take the second time,
but said again that the fuel-driven header is out of order because  it was fueled with bad diesisel

Webasto doesn't work

 I bought a new Vovo v50 1.D. (23th october 2010)
Everything was great at the beginning, but a week ago I ran into  a problem(bug:)) and our distributer( http://www.eliteauto.by/) failed to help me.
Last week it was cold in Belarus. The temprate went  19 degrees  below zero and  webasto system didn’t  start . I drove to the volvo service. They said that happened because  I was using “summer” disel ( BUT I can prove that I was using winter disel).  They erased error from car memory and said that webasto will work properly. The webasto system started to work.  This Saterday I fueled the car with winter disel (I saw certificate that said ‘winter disel’) and saved ticket. This Sunday (5th december  2010) the temperature was - 9 C in the afternoon,  The webasto systerm started to work  and after 30 seconds  was dead. I really disapointed.

Volvo service man (ЗАО "ЭЛИТАВТО" - официальный дилер VOLVO в Республике Беларусь  http://www.eliteauto.by/)  said that the webasto system  will work correctly, if  I add some kind of specilal agents. For example, they suggested adding kerosene. But your  guide says not to use any specilal agents
