Today(07/12/2010) I visited the http://www.eliteauto.by/ to resolved fuel-driven heater issue.

Now They fixed the problem very quickly in about 10 minutes and didn't take any money.
I don't understand why they took money the first time but didn't take the second time,
but said again that the fuel-driven header is out of order because it was fueled with bad diesisel

Seems like the only way to get proper explanation - send them paper mail question why using same diesel fuel engine runs fine, but webasto doesn't.

Nobody wants to work. It is easier to reset the memory unit rather that to change some parts and say 'good bye' to the visitor in the hope next time the visitor rethink to call the service center.
